Hi, I’m Shaun. After working in the healthcare industry for the past nine years, I’m transitioning into cybersecurity with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
I currently work in a Technical Support Specialist role, where I’ve gained hands-on experience supporting users, troubleshooting access issues, and working with account provisioning and permissions which has given me practical exposure to real-world identity and access challenges.
I’ve also built hands-on experience designing and managing identity systems using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, where I’ve implemented user lifecycle management, role based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles in hybrid environments.
I hold CompTIA Network+, Security+, ISC2 SSCP, and AZ-900 certifications, and I continue to strengthen my skills by building practical labs that simulate real-world IAM workflows such as user provisioning, access control, and identity governance.
I’m focused on transitioning into an IAM role where I can help organizations securely manage identities and access at scale.
